Set between the Nestucca River and Pacific Ocean, Sea Gypsy puts the coast on both sides of your stay. This pet-friendly three-bedroom home sits inside gated Kiwanda Shores, a short walk from the beach and close to Cape Kiwanda. Return from the sand to a full kitchen, open gathering space, deck, and dedicated outdoor area for dogs. Pacific City's dory boats, river adventures, coastal trails, and beachfront dining are within reach.



The Space:

Sea Gypsy occupies a distinctive stretch of Pacific City where the Nestucca River approaches the Pacific Ocean. From the gated Kiwanda Shores community, guests can walk to the beach, spend the day around Cape Kiwanda, or follow the river toward the bay.



The home's open living, dining, and kitchen areas give the group a central place to gather between coastal outings. Prepare meals in the full kitchen, settle around the table, or carry the conversation outside to the deck. A dedicated outdoor area gives dogs their own space during a pet-friendly stay.



Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests:

Primary bedroom: Queen bed

Second bedroom: Queen bed

Third bedroom: Two Twin beds

Two full bathrooms serve the home.



Sea Gypsy works well for families, couples, or friends who want beach access without giving up the space and practical comforts of a house. It is a place for sandy mornings, shared meals, and unhurried evenings after a day outside.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of Sea Gypsy and its outdoor spaces.



The property is located inside the gated Kiwanda Shores community. Arrival and access instructions are provided before check-in through your Arrival Getaways Boarding Pass.



Community parking and access rules must be followed throughout the stay.



The Neighborhood:

Kiwanda Shores sits on a sand-spit peninsula between the Nestucca River and the Pacific Ocean. The gated community offers a residential setting with access to the wide beaches and coastal landscape that define Pacific City.



Cape Kiwanda is known for its sandstone headland, broad beach, Great Dune, and working dory fleet. Boats still launch from the sand, bringing a part of the town's fishing culture into view from the beach. Nearby activities include surfing, beach walks, hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and seasonal whale watching.



Pacific City's restaurants, cafes, shops, and beachfront gathering places include the original Pelican Brewing location near Cape Kiwanda.



Getting Around:

Guests can walk from Kiwanda Shores to the beach, while a vehicle is recommended for reaching restaurants, shops, trailheads, river access points, and destinations along the Oregon Coast.

Pet policy

Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay applies, with a maximum of two pets. Please include your dogs when making the reservation or contact us before arrival to add them to your stay.



Gated community

Sea Gypsy is located in Kiwanda Shores, a gated residential community. Guests must follow community access, parking, and shared-neighborhood rules throughout their stay.



Coastal conditions

Weather can change throughout the day on the Oregon Coast. Wind, rain, fog, and cool temperatures are possible in every season. Ocean conditions can also shift without warning. Please use care near the water and follow posted beach guidance.



Dory boat activity

Pacific City's working dory fleet launches and lands directly from the beach. Give boats and crews ample room when they are moving between the water and shore.



Quiet hours

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighboring homes when using the deck and outdoor spaces.
