Great writing retreat

This property was perfect for our writing retreat! It was spacious and comfortable, and set in a beautiful location. Would absolutely stay again!

Lovely stay but mislead about jacuzzi!

The house is lovey! When we arrived they had not warmed the home it was quite cold inside. The jacuzzi never worked even after we called and Jake came out and assured us he was familiar with the issue! The water remained frigid and the jacuzzi was unusable. Jake was a very nice guy but still no jacuzzi. There were also spider webs in some cabinets and windows.

Beautiful property with management issues

Wonderful location and home, but we had no running water for over half of the weekend and it wasn’t addressed by anyone.

Nice property - poor communication

I am writing to you to express my disappointment with the rental property that my friends and I recently rented from Vacasa. We had high expectations for our stay, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our time there that made our experience far less than satisfactory. The primary issue we faced was that the WiFi never worked, thereof also making the hot tub defunct. Despite our best efforts to get them working we were unable to do so. We spent much time and effort calling for assistance with these issues, were told that the “local team” was on the way…and that never happened. This had a significant impact on our enjoyment of the property. The WiFi was essential for us to stay connected to work and family, as well as to enjoy any video entertainment — none of which we could do. Further, the hot tub was a major reason why we chose the property in the first place. We understand that technical issues can happen, but we the lack of response and false information from your company in addressing the issues was unacceptable. We reported the issues immediately, but no action was taken to rectify them, and we were left to deal with the problems ourselves and a house that didn’t have the the amenities As a result, we are requesting a full refund for the rental property. We believe that we did not receive the full value of our money due to the defective amenities, and we feel that it is only fair that we are compensated accordingly. Please let us know how we can proceed with this matter. We would appreciate a prompt response so that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
