We stay at this hotel twice a month for the past three months and never had an issue until now. My family was enjoying the pool until guest started letting non guest into the side door. Kids were okay but parents were yelling at kids telling them not to splash. Then parents just started ignoring kids all together. Staff stated that this is okay and is allowed. We will be looking for another hotel to stay at for our future stays. A staff worker stated he would walk through and when I spoke with family staff never walked through the pool, extremely unpleasant stay for a paying guest,

Room was great. Best part about it was it didn’t smell like people sweat. That’s rare in a hotel! Staff was kind. If they gave complimentary water in rooms I didn’t get that and bought water from them. Not sure if there’s supposed to be complimentary water or not. I will stay again. Very clean and modern. Great location.
