Family Vacation
Posted Jun. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayBRING BEACH TOWELS. My family spent a week here and had an amazing time. The house had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. We spent mornings at the beach and evenings at the pool. All of the beach and pool items allowed us to travel without bringing everything from GA. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The kids especially like the pool and the adults loved the beds. Cathy and Bryan were amazing. We cant wait to go back.

Great beach house
Posted Jun. 6, 2024 on HomeAwayGreat location and easy communication with owners. Pool was heated and great for the kids. Would recommend shocking the pool when guests aren’t staying due to it bothering our eyes for two days because of the chemicals but besides that everything was great.

Thank you for the 5 star review. I'm glad that your family enjoyed their time here in Cocoa Beach. So far as the pool goes, we use a professional pool service in order to keep our pools in the best condition possible. I defer to the technician as to what the pool needs. Sometimes it needs a chemical added. The pool company has a regular standing schedule of service at the same time each week as vacation pools are tricky in FL with multiple guests, heated pools in the winter, and hot temperatures in the summer. Although I understand your recommendation, it really isn't practical to schedule service when the house is empty and also keep the pool safe.

February Florida Family Fun
Posted Mar. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayThis property accommodates an extended family beautifully with plenty of bed/bath spaces, an impressive great room, a private pool and outdoor area, multiple washer and dryers, and plenty of beach equipment. The expansive kitchen and eating areas have what you need. Overall the property is very comfortable and enjoyable.

Wish we could've stayed longer
Posted Feb. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayspent 2 days at this beautiful home prior to leaving on a cruise from Port Canaveral. We couldn't have asked for more ... spacious and clean, pool and very close proximity to the beach (beach towels, Bikes and toys included). Walking distance to restaurants as well. Superb! We will stay here again.

Great place

The back yard was more private than I thought from the pictures as well.
