The front desk was pretty rude

Hello Scottie, I am so sorry to hear you felt as though our staff was rude. This kind of feedback is very atypical for the front desk staff here. I do apologize that your friend was unable to check in upon arrival because the reservation was not in her name. She also did not have a valid ID, so we could not proceed any further until your arrival due to these security concerns. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but for obvious reasons we do take our guests' safety very seriously.

Staying here consecutively I was surprised that parking is now charged $10 per night. Given the hotel price, taxes and fees this was unexpected. Breakfast is decent.
