This was definitely the nicest house of the 10 we have rented through VRBO. Five-star accommodation throughout.
There were just 2 of us, and the house was larger than we needed. We had hoped that our son and family would join us, but in the end that did not occur.
But a larger house has the advantage of space and privacy. And space was what we got, especially in the living and dining areas. Most of our meals were taken in the porch, which was very pleasant. The house is fully equipped, especially the kitchen, and very clean.
We got much pleasure watching the wildlife around dawn and dusk: herons, pelicans, anhingas, etc. The big surprise was watching all the dolphins while we were sitting on the dock at dusk, and realizing how large they are!
Our only problem was the drainage in the master bathroom which backed-up when one of us took a shower, to a depth of about half an inch at the shower door. This was inconvenient, but after all, we had other bathrooms to choose from. I talked to Cindy (the agent), who was very responsive and offered to send someone to look at it, but we elected not to do anything, rather than have the disturbance. It was insufficient to affect our 5-star rating.
We would stay there again, any time.

Memorable stay

If you’re in for relaxation and spending time with your family this is your place . Clean,comfortable high end appliances,comfortable beds,beautiful quiet neighborhood. This is how a VRBO should be !

Spectacular sleek home!
Posted Feb. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayUpon booking all my questions were answered with a prompt response. The property is in a very nice neighborhood, great location, near everything, including the beach! The house renovations inside are awesome! Very modern, classy, sleek and clean, superb interior decorating. The master bedroom is beautiful, comfortable bed and linens. The master bath and the secondary bath are like those of a 5 star resort as well. I love a beautiful bathroom! The outdoor pool was spectacular as well. The pool/backyard is a nice private get away. The heated pool is awesome and has a beautiful view of the Banana River. This palce is definitely worth the stay, we would definitely stay again! Thanks again! We truly enjoyed your gem and appreciated the wonderful family history!

Great home

Beautiful

Beautiful, upscale property in a serene neighborhood
Posted Sep. 4, 2023 on HomeAwayThe Zen house has been immaculately remodeled with a wonderful upscale asian theme that is tastefully done. Beautiful finishes, comfortable furniture, and a luxurious kitchen and bathrooms are the icing on the cake. Outdoor area, private pool, and a dock on the river in this quiet, relaxing neighborhood. Great communication from the accommodating host. I cant wait for our next visit!

Wonderful summer getaway!
Posted Jul. 25, 2023 on HomeAwayThis recently updated property made for the perfect family getaway. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for morning/evening walks. The interior is so nice and the hosts have really thought of everything. The beds are super comfy and you can access your streaming on all of the TVs which made for some perfect relaxing evenings. It was so nice to have a private pool for the week, plus we were able to rent kayaks and put them in right off the dock. We kayaked with dolphins almost nightly. We came to Florida to relax and visit family and this was the perfect spot. Close access to the beach and great restaurants. I can’t say enough great things about this property and our stay.

Breathtaking Dolfin, Manatee visits; The perfect getaway.
Posted Oct. 24, 2023 on HomeAwayThis home exceeded any and all expectations. Situated in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, with a well maintained garden, and a any modern amenity inside, this home forms the perfect base for trips to the nearby beach, the space-coast ect.
However, the most stunning attraction is clearly the daily dolfin and manatee visits to the porch/pier in front of the house. Often it is a doplfin studying the people on the pier at a distance of a foot or two.
Simply breathtaking!
