Charming rustic cottage in Valnontey, true and unique heart of Gran Paradiso.
Nature, the quiet and the enchanted landscape...these are the reasons why I decided to renovate my grandfather's house!
Sharing with other people sensations, smells and tastes of other times, in the only village of Cogne completely immersed in the Gran Paradiso National Park, can only be a unique, priceless and unrepeatable experience.
Nordic ski slopes in front of the house.
New two-room apartment with mountain furniture and finishes. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a double bedroom with exposed roof, comfortable bathroom with shower corner and kitchen with fine appliances (induction cooktop) open to the living room. Apartment equipped with all amenities including fridge/frizer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, washing machine, wi-fi, smart TV, linen and towel service, shower and hand dispenser. Independent heating and faculty to use a pellet stove as well.
Possible ski storage in the boiler room.
