It’s in a street mall. However, the area looks safe & it’s quiet. It’s really close to the A&M.

I paid extra to get 2 Queen beds with a view of Kyle field. We got 1 queen bed with a set of bunk beds and a view of the parking lot. We were also charged $20 for an extra person, when we didn’t have anyone extra. Initially there was going to be 4 of us but ended up with only 3. The elevator walls were separated from the wall and had pieces missing. The floor in our room was sticky. The air conditioner unit was loud making it sound like there was a bad windstorm outside. We were told breakfast was served from 7am-9am, we went down at 8am and everything was picked over and empty, nothing was being refilled. This is not a “boutique” hotel. I would not recommend this place. Initially booked for 2 nights but left a day early just so we didn’t have to stay another night.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Angel. While booking through a third-party website suggests a preference, the room preference is not guaranteed. This information should have been communicated via the website through which you made the reservation. Our Front Desk team did inform you of this information as well, and we were unaware of any issue at the time. Our Breakfast is servied from 6:30 am-9:30 am. Unfortunately, once breakfast is over for the morning, the Kitchen staff is instructed to remove the items, as they did this past weekend.

Good location for A&M events. Reception area kind of bougie but my room was shabby. Looked like a poorly executed makeover of an outdated hotel room. Shower was full of hairs but bed was comfortable and clean. Reception was very pleasant at check in.
