The pictures on website are an absolute lie. The outside of property looks nice. But the minute you walk in it disgusting. Elevator smelled of urine badly! I didn’t even make it in the room before I turned around. You would think this was a crackhead hotel.

They assigned me to a room with no heat. This particular night it was raining and the temperature was in the low 50s. I went back to the front desk to make a complaint but the young guy at the desk was sleep and refused to help me.

first there were no towels in my room, which they had to switch because the TV and phone did not work, after giving me another room that room did not have heat working , and the phone did not work, for the dollar amount that they charged me , what I expected and what I got was terrible. I was charged 211.68. I will never go there again.

The location of the property was perfect for a parents weekend at USC but the property itself is incredibly rundown and dirty. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but it was a mishmash of people in random clothing that may or may not have worked there that seemed to be taken care of things. The room had not been vacuumed or swept when I got there but they were quick to take care of that for me. The hotel is very rundown including holes in the walls and mismatched colors of paint and carpeting throughout. It is absolutely not worth $150 a night. More like 75 a night.

I’m so sorry but I could not stay here. Once I arrived, the hotel was not clean, it smelled, it was not excellent in its appearance at all. I’m Sorry - this hotel should not be allowed to operate until it comes up to occupancy and inspection codes. It needs major repairs and renovations

No clean towels. Staff was friendly, but seemed to just be hanging out. No unions.

We walked into our room and immediately left. The room was filthy. The toilet did not even have a toilet seat. Stained nasty linens and carpets. Truly gross.

Do not stay here!

This was terrible experience. We actually canceled the second night of our stay and booked elsewhere. Filthy, peeling ceilings, things falling off walls and door locks not working totally right. NO towels. Understaffed. My husband had to go to their laundry room and only could find a couple hand towels for us to share between multiple people for showers.
