It was extremely clean. The front desk cop was extremely friendly. It was a glitch in my reservation, but they were so great to get it figured out young lady at the desk was really stupid Friday night.

The area was fine and the stay was okay, our keys stopped working each day so we had to keep returning to the desk to get new ones every day. The door didnt close fully unless it was slammed shut, im assuming most people had the issue too because so many doors were slamming in the hall. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Handicap bathroom shower leaks all over bathroom floor. I called ahead before making reservations to confirm if hotel has walk in showers and was lied to saying the hotel had been renovated and all the rooms had walk in showers. I was traveling with my elderly mother who can’t step over and into a bathtub to shower. At least they had the handicap room available but this would have been very problematic if they hadn’t.
