The room was ok, until showers when the spickot came off of the wall. Neighbors were lound and set off the smoke detectors at midnight. The a storm came and the water leaked in though the outside wall and soaked the floor. I rep I rted the issues to the front desk when we left, and it was like they didnt care. The pool has also not been cleaned in some time. I am not usually a compainer, but thos was bad.

L'edife est très vieux. Il a été renové, mais ips n'ont pas changé les elements de la salle de bain. Il s'agit d'une renovation éconimique. Bref, pour le prix, c'est décevant. Sirtout à cause de la propreté de la salle de bain. Egalement, le robinet fait un bruit infernal lorsqu'on l'ouvre.

The inside what extremely clean and well maintained. Pool needed some maintenance and maybe some umbrellas for shade. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating after a small delay with a fridge that didn’t work but they came and swapped it and after that there were no problems. We enjoyed our little stay-cation and will definitely book again.

Was staying here overnight during travel. Checked in to an unexpected $100 deposit fee. Room floors were dirty and stained and there weee loud noises all night long along with our air conditioner squealing itself. Very annoying when just needing to stop to get rest.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds a week before our trip but when we arrived the guy a the service desk told us he didn’t have a room with 2 queen beds. He gave us a room with a King bed and a pull out sofa bed which was hard a rock. The room also smelled like urine. Glad I only had to stay one night

Property and room was absolutely disgusting. I didn't even want to stay the last night because someone came in the room to "clean" and spit a dip pouch on the wall. Hair all over the bathroom. AC blew black stuff out every time it turned on. Carpet stains in the room and the hallway. The room smelled like urine. Staff wasn't mean. I told the lady about how gross the room was and she said she'd tell management.

Grad stay

I enjoyed my stay if any reason I went back to Columbia I would reconsider staying there again. Hotel seem clean from my experience. Staff friendly and safe!
