The service was great, the location is great. Our room I believe was called the 'vampire room'. There were no windows making it difficult to wake up and the bathroom was very close to the bed so if you with a partner, it is slightly uncomfortable...

The only complaints I have is that the phone inthe room (Rm.1112) did not have a functioning telephone ro reach the help desk, as upon dialing, encountered a busy signal continuously on each attempt. Secondly, I was not am to access the Netflix or other speciality programs on the room television. Finally, upon recieving an email receipt prior to check out, I noticed I was billed three seperate valet parking fees ($30.00 eqch), when in fact I never utilized valet services. The bill was corrected upon me advising the hotel staff at the front lobby desk. Aside from this, the stay was pleasant.

Room was small. It barely fit a queen bed. Same with the bathroom. My husband and I were constantly stepping on each other. Probably better for just one person. Decor was nice. Unique and retro. The bar area looked fun and you get a drink voucher. Check in was at the bar which was loud, and the staff were split between check in and bar tending. Valet parking was convenient.
