When I arrived the front desk employee was nowhere to be found. I was told he ran out for food. I waited nearly an hour before he arrived. He seemed upset that there were 6 people waiting for him when he finally got back. He was rude and unprofessional.

They require a $200 deposit on the rooms in cash and it cannot be placed onto your card for a holding fee?? That is not mentioned on any site when booking. The guy at the desk has no customer service skills just RUDE ALL ABOUT MONEY

Needs some updating such as new faucets, couches, shower head and faucet. Would not give us a blanket so we had to buy some. The pool area was very nice!

Absolutely horrible...completely run down and needs a whole lot of work. I will never waste my money again staying here. Got charged $10 for a "damaged" towel...and it had to be cash. I used the towel to clean up a spill so a wash would have all it needed. But the attitude from the extremely rude hotel staff made it clear they would find any reason to keep the $100cash deposit . Went to the car at one point and there was a massive water leak coming from the top floor in the staircase. Unless it was a newly installed indoor waterfall, I am assuming that meant major damage. Half of the light switches in my room didn't work and the shower drained so slowly that I was standing in a foot of water by the end of my shower.
