It was good, except the roomed smelled. The smell cleared out after running the A/C fan for a while. Also, a dirty washcloth from the previous occupant was left in the shower.

Columbus Crew Trip

Electricity went out in the area. Ceiling was leaking in the lobby. Pretty heavy storm did damage. There was only one person there to assist all of the customers. She had to walk customers by herself to the third floor in the dark. She was obviously afraid. The manager was not there to help her.

Upgraded to the jacuzzi room and electricity went out after check in and didnt come back until 930 that night. No refund on upgrade for room even tho we couldnt use jacuzzi cause of no electricity. They wouldnt evem let us check out with a refund so we could go to another hotel that had power.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Through no fault of their own. The power was out from storms. It was an uncomfortable time. The ceilings are leaking at our door. So we keep slipping and using room towels to soak it up.
