Check in was terrible! I made this reservation months ago, to be told I didn't have a room....the clerk was rude and very mouthy. It was finally cleared up and I got my room....but that was a horrible first impression for a Hilton Honors member....

I want a refund
Dirty towels left in the bathroom. The hot tub was out of service and the pool was closed until further notice.

From the moment we walked in the side door with our bags the facility smelled like an ethnic restaurant. Our room had a very strong unpleasant odor of Indian food. When we got there our door to our room was propped open with the deadbolt which left us assuming the odor started there and they were trying to air it out. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. The soap containers they supply were full but dirty from the previous tenants. The pool
Area was nice. Staff was pleasant and helpful with extra towels and bedding. We chose this hotel for the extra room a 2 bedroom suite supplies but will not stay here again.

Towel Shortage!
Posted Feb. 18, 2024 on HotelsCheck-in was great; Melissa was nice and quick to check us in. The room was ok, however, when we asked for 1 or 2 more towels the next morning we were told it might be awhile because they had none and therefore had to check throughout the hotel for one…(?) Also, we had 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper to start and no extra (we didn’t even bother to ask)… I’m glad we only stayed one night.

I did not like that they would not give me my deposit back. They kept saying they gave it back but actually never did, then the manager would never call me back. Not a good feeling.
