VILLA ATRÉJU - a holiday home built in the Spanish style - is located in the picturesque hinterland of the Costa del Sol. It is tucked away above the white mountain village of Cómpeta on a 3500 square metre fenced plot with old pine trees, fragrant herbs and lemon trees.

This place offers a marvellous view of the white village of Cómpeta, the surrounding mountains, the fertile valley and the blue Mediterranean Sea. On a clear day, the rocks of Gibraltar can be seen and the Rif Mountains of Africa appear on the horizon.

The picturesque streets of Cómpeta - with countless tapas bars, restaurants and shops - can be reached on foot in 15 minutes from your Villa.

The Villa with its Casita has 5 bedrooms, 3 family bathrooms, a guest WC, a large living/dining area, a generously equipped kitchen, several outdoor terraces, central heating and a fireplace, a music system, TV, a pool (2.0 m deep) and various additional amenities.

Next to the main villa is a charming guest house (Casita), which offers a double bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and large separate bathroom.

The patio invites you to relax and enjoy the beautiful view towards the pool and the villa.
