Bright and luxurious apartment in the center of CĂłmpeta, within walking distance of all services, which offers all the comforts to enhance your stay at this popular mountain village.
This contemporary accommodation includes: Two double bedrooms (one en suite), a single bedroom, a family bathroom, a wonderful living room with dining area and a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Leaving the living room we find two spacious terraces with south-west orientation which offer spectacular views of the countryside and the coast. Fantastic apartment

Fabulous place to stay, everything was great, beautiful apartment, two lovely balconies , fab hot tub, really well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Lovely location, great views and very close to parking area and centre of Competa. Great communication with Sergio and his colleagues.

Great hiking

We loved staying at this property. We hiked to other villages for lunch, checking out all the agriculture along the way. Careful with parking. There is a market Saturday morning and if you are parked in the way of the market, it will cost you. Poor signage announcing the parking restriction. Windows, mirrors and floors could have been cleaner. No instructions in the apartment so had to ask about everything like where to take garbage, how to turn on the heat and location of washing machine. Manager was quick to answer questions. All that aside, we loved Competa and the apartment.

Competa apartment

The Appartment is of a very hi standard. Comfortable beds, great cooking facilities, fantastic views and a superb hot tub. The Appartment is very close to shops, restaurants and bars. The 2 balconies are large with sun beds and dining facilities supplied. Parking is also available just 2 minutes from the apartment. We would definitely return in the future.

Lovely apartment, central location

We visited Athina Apartment mid August for a week. Very well appointed and maintained. Two terraces, which had shade in a morning until around 1-2pm then full sun for the rest of the afternoon. They both have one parasol, but maybe an extra one would be beneficial in the hot sun. Great central location with free local parking in the square or in the underground car park. Great communications with Sergio and his team. There was a lovely touch of a fabulous welcome pack, which was appreciated. Lovely to use the hot tub at night with the stars twinkling, with the colour changing lights, with a drink in hand. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and am sure we will be back. Already recommended to family and friends. 😊

Great location and property

Just as advertised. Excellent property, clean and well equipped. A great location just off the main square and close to all the restaurants. Free parking close by. Any negatives are minor as we would be more than happy to stay here again, but it is worth noting: - Some road noise to be expected as you are in the heart of the town and Spanish kids love their noisy motorbikes! - Two fantastic terraces with stunning views. Shaded in the morning, full sun the rest of the day. It would be nice if one was covered as the umbrellas weren’t enough protection from the 35+ degree temperatures we enjoyed - First time I’ve had no specific property access details before arriving in the town. The only advice was ‘go to meet Sergio at his office in the town centre’. All was great as Sergio and his team were available in office hours and all very helpful.

The property was stylishly decorated, furnished and well equipped. The position was good with convenient parking and excellent views. We had some cold weather and the heating (from the a/c) was not quite sufficient in the living room on a few evenings.

Fabulous Apartment!

I spent 6 weeks in this lovely spacious apartment. It is in a perfect position, just a 2 minute walk to the main square, but very quiet. It has amazing terraces to sit and watch the dramatic sunsets in Competa. It is very well furnished with all the appliances you could wish for on a long holiday. I would certainly recommend it and will happily return.

Competa in Coronatijd

Fantastische vakantie gehad ondanks Corona. Het appartement is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De jacuzzi is heerlijk, zeker in de warme augustusmaand en werd keurig elke week schoongemaakt. Bij elke vraag kwam een prompt antwoord en actie. Complimenten voor Sergio en zijn team. Wij hebben genoten en komen zeker nog eens terug.

Well equipped and stylish with great service.

We had a fantastic time in Competa. Booking was good with the owner contacting us as soon as we made the booking request. We'd told Sergio that we were due to arrive late and he was there to meet us when we eventually arrived at almost midnight - thanks. The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything that you could need on your holiday and more. The apartment is furnished very tastefully and the photos don't do it justice. There were only the two of us but the apartment is spacious with 5 beds and a pull out sofa. Two terraces, one with two sun beds and a jucuzzi, the other with dining table and sofa that could comfortably take 6. The apartment is right next to the main square and car park ,which is a benefit given the narrow hilly streets in the village, and close to a good range of shops, bars and restaurants but you don't get any real noise (other than deliveries to the shops during the day). I can't praise Sergio and his team highly enough, they were very accommodating when we were checking out and even helped when I managed to get a parking ticket during market day (don't leave you car in the car park on Saturdays!). I'd definitely recommend this property if you are visiting the beautiful village of Competa. Thank you Sergio.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views in a perfect location

My family and I visited Competa for one week to see friends and this apartment was perfect for our every need. Very central within the village and the car park is located directly opposite. Inside the apartment decorated thoughtfully and maintained to a very high standard. Beds are comfortable, rooms are a good size, and both bathrooms are immaculate; with extra towels and bedding on offer if required. The views from the balcony are gorgeous - so every day we were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of our apartment, looking across over the mountains to the sea. Gorgeous! All staff at the agency and are very helpful and available if you need them. Thank you for a lovely stay!! We will come again.
