Great stay in Copper

We loved this spacious, centrally located unit in Center Village. There are two huge bedrooms and good sized bathrooms, plus a beautiful living area with new flooring. The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking. We had a few cleaning concerns (food found under beds, etc.) but otherwise our stay was great. Reservation process with multiple emails/forms to fill and important check in instructions sent to spam were a little annoying but overall a great stay here and we would return.

Really nice condo

The condo was very clean and very nice. The location cannot be beat! It was a short easy walk to center village. It was the perfect place to stay. The condo had ample pots and pans, silverware, dishes, spices, and everything else you’d need to cook. The bedrooms are huge with comfortable beds and soft sheets! Everything about this place was perfect and we would definitely stay here again! Also housekeeping was very helpful and very easy to get ahold of. I contacted them to get most of my questions answered.

The community center is a 5-minute walk from the condo and has an excellent pool, hot tub, steam sauna and dry sauna, as well as a gym and other amenities. They provide towels. It's 14/person/day or 30/family/day.

Excellent accommodations, misleading listing

No hot tubNo poolNo gymWe were told to pay to use the Community Center nearby for those "amenities." They are not part of this building or complex.After that, I looked closer at the listing. Parking is a SINGLE covered spot. No garage, and definitely no "options" other than what's publicly available (ie using the ski lift lots). Other small things in the listing not included (satellite TV, tennis court?). But we were looking forward to the pool and hot tub, and they were "pay-per-use", down the road, across the street. Not an amenity. That said, the place was great. Two spacious bedrooms fit our 7 adults comfortably. Small kitchen area, but living room and dining table all made it a great place to hang out in the evenings. Pictures are accurate, words in listing may not be. Most importantly, it had an easy 5 min walk to the lift.

Great trip!

Location was very convenient for accessing the slopes. Center village was a short walk, shuttle to west village was close. Unit was very spacious and we had excess space in the two large rooms. There were 7 in our party, and we could’ve easily shared with another small family. Would def look into renting this unit again!

Great Center Village Location

While we have stayed in other Center Village units that were a touch closer, for the price you can’t beat this unit. This unit is clean, well kept and well equipped. The only minor thing missing was soap for the dishwasher. There is a lot more room than you can see in the pictures. There is plenty of room for 2 families and great sleeping accommodations. Thanks to the owners and property manager for a great weekend stay.

Very spacious

Condo is very well located just a short (5 min in ski boots) walk to the central village. It is exactly as pictured in the listing, if anything it is even larger than it looks. Both bedrooms are huge and the living space is bigger than most on-mountain properties in this price range. There were plenty of extra pillows, towels, etc. and the kitchen is well-equipped. The place comes with a covered parking space (great as we got some snow over the weekend!) and access to a large ski locker on the first floor. My only complaint was with the check in process. I'm not sure why we needed to stop at the office in Dillon to pick up a couple of pieces of paper (including the condo electronic lock code) when this could have easily been provided via email or the app. Overall though it is a very nice property with plenty of room for a family of 6 or even more.

This property is lovely! Tons of room for my family for a weekend. A quick walk up the street to the center of Copper! The property manager is amazing and was available to help up when we were accidentally locked out of our unit!

Rocky Mountain Resort Management

I asked the following questions of the management company: I booked a rental with two bedrooms, 1 bedroom had 1 king bed with a trundle and one had two double beds with a trundle. You double booked that location and asked me to switch to another location that you told me was an upgrade with the same number of beds and a pull out couch. We agreed but when we arrived this location has a room with a king and a room with a queen so I have kids that are having to share a bed. Please explain what you plan to do to make this right! The response I received: It was not double booked, someone wanted to extend their stay. Chris called to ask how many people you had and it was listed in the system as 4. Therefore this unit would sleep your group just fine. The unit you are in is about 30% more on average based on for and finish so it is an upgrade. Do you need some blow up mattresses? -- Jeffrey T DePaola Rocky Mountain Resort Management I was told that the unit was double booked. I was also told at the time I was being asked to change units the new unit had the same number of rooms and beds which was not the truth. Check in was cumbersome and lacked clear information. The information we received at check in made it very clear that the unit we were staying in was not a hotel and therefore we should not expect any of the services that you would normally receive at a hotel. Not sure that kind of comment was necessary for this type of stay. All in all we loved our time on the slopes of Copper Mountain but will avoid any unit managed by Rocky Mountain Resort Management if at all possible in the future.

New Years in Copper !

Unit has a nice location , within walking distance to center village where restaurants and shops are located.the unit is spacious for large families but we found that Beds and pillows are not very comfortable .all twin mattress need to be replaced and i even had to put a comforter on top of queen bed so my son wouldn't feel the springs,our children complained every night. Nice well equipped kitchen . Needs to improve in cleanliness, Furniture were dusty and we even found one drawer with clothes from the previous guest ! Overall our expierience was pleasent.
