A ground floor, 930 sq. ft., Ski-in/Walk out condominium, Timber Creek 103 is a 2 Bedroom Loft, 2 Bathroom unit that Sleeps 8 people! The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and a Full Size Bathroom. There is a Double Bed in the second bedroom and 2 Bunk Beds in the loft. Downstairs there is a spacious Living Area complete with Free Wireless Internet, a Flat Screen TV/DVD player, Gas Fireplace and an additional Full Size Bathroom. The Full Size opens into the Dining Space and Living Room. Situated right on the Condo Access Ski Run, this residence is located in the Center Village and just a quick 3 minute walk to the American Eagle and Flyer lifts. Timber Creek #103 is ideal for larger groups or families looking for an affordable option right on the slopes of Copper Mountain. Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-73898 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Overflow parking is not guaranteed to be available.

The location was perfect for access to the resort. Not much snow yet at the time we were there, but it was fine! The pictures made the condo look quite a bit more spacious than it actually was, but we were fine with a small group. If we had 8 (which, yes, there were technically enough beds for 8. . . .) it would have been tight quarters.

Great ski rental!

The location of this rental is perfect for skiing at Copper! It’s easily straight ski-in, and just a short walk to get skiing out. It’s right next to the beginner area and easily accessible to main lifts also. Great location for the whole family! The property was clean and management was very helpful and prompt for a couple maintenance issues we had. Although, we were disappointed that they never could get the fire place working while we were there. If I could make one recommendation though, it would be for a baby gate at the top of the stairs. We had a 3 year old with us, and these stairs are not child-friendly. You have to be pretty careful as a functioning adult too! I would’ve had a little more peace of mind if I was sure she couldn’t wander down on her own in the middle of the night.

Careful with small children

Very clean and property was well cared for however I would not book this place again until my children all older. Not much open space and many sharp objects and corners made it difficult to relax with kids. Also, showers are not built for anyone over 6 foot. Very tight and not built for taller people at all if you want to actually be able to wash your hair without kneeling.

Great place!!!!

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. This is a great ski in condo with a short and easy walk to Center Village after a day of skiing.There is room for everyone at the dining table and lots of seating in the living area. If the bathrooms were updated, there would be no negative to this condo! There are fabric “curtains” that are the “doors” to the toilet/shower area and the tubs/showers could use updating. Other than the bathrooms, the unit is perfect and has plenty of space to gather and hang out. We particularly liked being able to ski right to it at the end of the day!

Cozy cabin

Well stocked kitchen. Cute decor. A bit small but ok for our group of 5 adults. Comfortable beds. Comfortable living room seating. Good location for ski in but some uphill walking to get to a lift if not taking the bus. Hot tub was hot and not crowded. Check in and out very easy. Had an issue with the fireplace but property manager very quickly fixed it and was very friendly.

Nice location and comfortable stay.

The location was very convenient to the pool to the laundry to parking and to the slopes. We skied directly to the unit every day. The parking was kind of unique. We expected covered parking, but learned ours was not. It wasn’t a big deal. Just unexpected. The pictures correctly depict the unit but as you might expect, they make it look a bit roomier than it actually is. It worked great for our family of six and was nice that the beds were comfortable and no one needed to be on a sofa sleeper. Bring your own towels for the hot tub or plan to drive to the check-in area to swap linens. There was nice storage for clothing and the two master bedrooms were sizable. The bathrooms are definitely tight.

Wonderful condo!

This was my favorite place to stay at Copper Mountain. Plenty of space for us plus our 5 kids. Everyone had their own bunk bed, nice big table to eat at and plenty of space to hang out in the living room. Nice porch, hot tub area, clean laundry room right next door and unit was stocked with everything needed to stay a few days. Very quiet building with easy access to Copper Village on the walking path. Definitely would stay here again :)

We also didn’t realize all the bedrooms were upstairs. We should have asked, but maybe that is something you can add to your listing. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Wonderful spot

We had a group of 6 adult women staying over the weekend to ski at Copper. Very comfortable condo, kitchen had everything we needed, loved the decor. Was great to have two full bathrooms. Also excellent that each of us had our own bed and beds were comfortable. Short walk to the American Flyer/Eagle lifts, and we cpuld ski straight down to the condo at the end of the day. Community hottub was only a few steps away from our door. Property manager promptly responsive; they had someone to the condo to fix the fireplce within 10 minutes of my call. Would absolutely book this unit again.

Cozy condo in fantastic location

We stayed here with out two kids, aged 13 and 11. The condo was very well stocked so we were able to just buy groceries and eat in most nights. Easy walk to center village, and we skied right to our door once the lifts closed. Only issue was the neighbor’s dog barking all night one night. Otherwise fantastic stay.

Timber Creek 103

Old building but we’ll maintained. The unit is smaller than it appears online. Very cozy. Very well stocked. Lots of towels. Lots of silverware and cooking utensils. Lots of dishes,glasses,cups. Plenty for our large family. Great location! Would definitely stay in this unit again.
