A great condo located at a great location! We came up for 4th of July, while Copper itself was quiet, it was easy day trips to Breckenridge and Glenwood Springs where there was plenty to do! There were restaurants open for us to eat at inCopper, but we also explored locations close by. We stopped every day at the little Donuts/Coffee shop in Copper for some caffeine sustenance and sugary Delight. We took in a play at Breckenridge, got some fishing in, and found plenty of places to shop and hike! Eveything was so mich fun! My favorite was sitting by the little pond at Copper complete with a small beach, lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade! The condo itself had everything that we could hope for, it was clean and is well furnished! The second bedroom is basically three walls and a curtain, but it did have its own bathroom and it was perfect for our needs! We didn't cook, but if we wanted to come it would have had everything we needed. We really appreciated being able to bring our fur babies, it's so hard to travel and leave them behind with a sitter! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
This facility needs a full refresh. First and most importantly, the carbon monoxide detector was lying on the floor behind a chair and was inoperable. After seeing this, I decided to look for the smoke detector. It is operational but looks to be very old. Should replace. The chairs at the dinette have no support in them and you fall through the bottom as you sit down. The showers were both moldy and leaked. And finally, the mattress and box springs were old and need to be replaced. Great location!
I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Like all shared spaces, it could use a little TLC here and there. But I loved its location and that we could have our dog with us. Having 2 bathrooms was also great.
The property was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Super close to the slopes, restaurants and apre-ski. Thank you, we had a great time!
We very much enjoyed this condoâs space, location, and amenities with the exception of the mattresses being extremely thin and hard as well as some dried up puke/fluid stains on a couple of the blankets. A mattress upgrade is definitely needed asap so that guests can actually sleep without tossing and turning and aching.
Great location in the Center Village. Easy to get to the lifts!
This unit does overlook the hot tub, which did get loud at times, but generally quieted down by 10, if not earlier. The unit is well appointed.
We found this unit to be located in a great place at Copper. The amenities were good too. The unit was clean HOWEVER the beds were so lumpy and thin even our 3 yr old and 9 yr could not sleep. All of the beds need to be replaced.
Every and I mean every piece of furniture was worn, ripped and uncomfortable. The place stunk of pee etc. I know it was a pet friendly booking but I feel like it meant we were in a dirty damaged place because we had a dog. My dog doesnt pee indoors and we have stayed many places where it doesnt reek and is clean and well equipped. The location was wonderful.
The condo was adequate. There are definitely some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The kitchen faucet leaked all over the counter when it was turned on, even for a short time. Both fans in the unit were broken. This is important since the unit does not have air conditioning. The mattresses were horrible, lumpy & hard. Thank goodness we were not in the unit for much of our stay.
Sofa and pillows in living room need to be replaced, worn out. Mattress in bedroom uncomfortable, needs to have a pillow top added. Bed pillows also need replaced. Caution - there are no operating smoke or CO2 detectors in the unit.
This unit has soooo much potential and unfortunate the owners donât seem to care.
The unit was run down. I had some friends over for dinner and it just didn't present well. There was a piece of carpet missing, the size of my hand, about 5ft past the front door. It was immediately visible when anyone entered the unit. The cushions on the futon were both ripped, on both sides. Not small rips, but large foot-long rips. The dining chairs felt like they were ready to break. The cabinet door for the plates was cracked and I was scared it would break off completely at any moment. The quality of this unit was clearly a level or two below all the other units I've visited in the Tucker Mountain Lodge and Passage Point buildings in the village.
That said, the location was fantastic, the price was lower than the other units (presumably to makeup for the lack of maintenance), and overall I enjoyed my stay! It was a 1 minute walk to the American Eagle chair lift, Jack's bar (quick breakfast), and Ten Mile Tavern (dinner). The parking lot was convenient (perhaps a little tight but I was able to fit a full size pickup truck). It was really nice to be allowed to bring my pet in the unit, but I would have happily paid a large security deposit in exchange for the unit being maintained better.
Very nice location. One day the boiler went out but was fixed by afternoon but cold showers arenât fun. Also elevator was out of service for a day and our unit was on the third floor. Laundry room did not have soap machine in service and no change machine which made it difficult to do laundry.
This property definitely has a lot of visible signs of wear and tear, and it was not as clean as I had hoped. That said, I'm still giving it 5 stars, because it was very affordable and the location is perfect. I love that it's dog friendly, but I expect that's the reason for much of the wear and tear.
The condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean & great location. The kitchen is well stocked & clean. Couple of negatives- The carpet & upholstery are a worn out & threadbare. The area with the bunk beds gets a little stuffy with lack of air circulation. The fans came in very handy in both bedrooms.Maybe because the summer season doesnât start till June 11th,none of the stores, restaurants in the village were open. But Frisco is only a short drive away & has many restaurants & stores.
There are many trails within short drive from the condo. It was a prefect getaway for our family including our 4 legged member.
I canât say how much we all loved being right in center village. Perfect location, some of the linens, couches are a little older and worn, but overall VERY VERY SATISFIED
Excellent location, great with small dog. Beds were stiff, place could use updates throughout. But we really appreciated our stay and walk to lift or easy to head back for lunch 2 min walk.
My husband and I stayed here with our dog, Lincoln. The condo comes with a parking garage, ski locker on 1st floor, and is located right around the corner from the American Flyer lift. It made our stay so convenient for skiing! We also loved being in the center village, taking a walk through the town every night. This pet friendly condo is clean and sufficient for a quick ski trip. Bring extra kitchen supplies if you will be cooking every night.
We came to Copper Mountain for my sonâs race camp. It was so nice to be able to send him out at 6:00am, 2 min away from the lift. Very convenient. The condo had everything that we needed and was very comfortable. I could not seem to figure out how to turn the heat down though. Overall, the stay was perfect. Thank you!!
Itâs a great property with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the access to many other areas in Colorado from there as well as the fishing. The check in process was very smooth. Our dog loved the view from the condo and didnât want to leave!
