Most everythng about our stay was good. The only negative is the check in. The front desk staff was not very professional. A group checking in before us were from her home town & she was more interestd in talking to them. In addition, while actually doing my check in, she stopped to take a photo with one of these people. Despite there being teams of ball players there, breakfast was wel stocked & staff cleared things quickly.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and, unfortunately, our experience was not the most comfortable. The pillows were very uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, making the room less restful. The soap provided in the bathroom was very small and not nearly enough for even two people. On a positive note, the room was clean, which we appreciated. However, overall, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of comfort and amenities.

We were very comfortable at this hotel. Breakfast was hot and plentiful and the breakfast area clean and large enough to accommodate lots of people. The pool was very warm very big, much larger than most hotel pools. The whole property was clean and tidy. We would definately stay here again when visiting the Cornwall area.

Some of the employees were very rude and abrupt with us (one upon check in and once whilst we were talking to other guests of the hotel). When you book with them they don't tell you that you have to have a credit card only. You can't even prepay for the room. The manager said normally they take a extra $400 deposit if you want to pay for it with a debit card. They said just because you have a family I'll make it $200. Making it seem like we didn't have the money to give a $400 deposit...The beds are not comfortable at all, they were very hard and unsupportive. Needless to say we didn't feel like our stay was a good one at this hotel.
