I had a few minor problems in my room. I told the front desk, by the time I returned everything was fixed. Free breakfast scrambled eggs were cold. Otherwise everything else was fine

The floors inside and outside the room were very dirty. I know it was only a 3 star but they were bad. We dropped some water on the room floor and when we wiped it up, the towel was black from dirt. It may have been vacuumed but there was not mop on that floor for months. The carpets in the hallways were also filthy. And finally, out front of the hotel as we pulled up were staff members smoking. I have no issue with the needing a break, but not in front of the main doors.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I legit will be back. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about where to go and how to do things. I really appreciated the branded toiletries they offered. Dove soaps and body washes. Heck there was ever a sewing kit! Thanks for the stay will be back soon!

The staff member saw that I was not keen on lugging our bags up a flight of stairs to the second floor, so she found us a room on the first floor. I was a little surprised that there was no elevator so I was very happy that the staff member took it upon herself to do that for us. The room was very nice and it was quiet. We got a lovely night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was OK.
