The elevators were not working, so we needed to take stairs to the 2nd floor to use elevator there. I told receptionist that i had an elderly with bad knees and it would be difficult for her, she just apologized but did nothing to assit us or help with the luggage. The hotel key never worked on our door. We had to call so maintenance could let us in each time. The hotel parking lot was very dark and minimal parking spots available due to construction.

I booked a double queen room. Upon arrival they said double queens have been booked up for several days. My itinerary said a double room but they could only give me a king bed with pullout couch.

Itchy stay
Posted Mar. 1, 2024 on HotelsEverything was great except I got bit several times by fleas when I was sitting on the sofa 😩 literally saw one jump on my chest. Definitely need to ask for non-pet stay rooms next time if that’s a thing (it should be) 😭 other than that, everyone was friendly and for the most part clean
