On the ground floor we find the living area consisting of a large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, second living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub. On the mezzanine floor, on the other hand, we find the sleeping area, consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with bathtub. For a total of 2 bedrooms (plus the living room) and 3 bathrooms. From the living room there is direct access to the garden equipped with a large tableto enjoy the beautiful days. If necessary, there is an additional small bedroom on the ground floor with a single bed. It has an outdoor parking space
