Great location, easy walking to everywhere, friendly staff. Limited parking, especially due to construction for the 2026 Winter Olympics. A bit noisy from the nearby bar and restaurants but the windows are double thick.

This hotel is not ready to welcome guest in terms of facilities or staff attitude. There was hair, fur, and debris of foreign materials on the bed mat, and it means that the mattress cover had not been changed or at least cleaned. The other room I was moved to was the same. When I complained that the room was dirty, the hotel manager asked what I expected from a 3-star hotel. After strong complaining, I had to move to another hotel.

The best characteristic about this hotel is also it's worst facet, it's location. The location is right in the heart of the town, easily walkable around town. That's why we selected it; however, there are also bars right out front and loud and screaming teenagers woke us up at 2am more than once during our stay. One time the police was the only thing to break it up. Rooms are simple but clean, nice balcony, breakfast is also simple but satisfying.

Good location . Close to shops and restaurants and ski bus . Jacuzzi not working and this wasn’t told on booking or disclosed . The boot room was cold no seats and cobwebs everywhere so didn’t use . The property rooms look NOTHING like the rooms pictured on Expedia. Beds were extremely uncomfortable—we could not sleep. The last night of our stay, the price shot up to $1710, from $700. The loud noise outside lasted until 5am—including fireworks. Alessandro was wonderful, but the owner would not budge on refunding for very poor conditions. One star. So expensive for hostel-like rooms. Requesting refund from Expedia for false advertising.

A comfortable place to stay.

It was a little hard to find due to the amount of construction. I called the hotel and they helped guide us there. The Owner/Manager was very helpful. The breakfast was good too. The room was a comfortable size. There were three of us. Our room had the extra bed off to the side in it's own space.
