The location was wonderful for exploring the eastern Dolomites. It was only a few minutes from center of Cortina D'Ampezzo. It's an older facility so rooms were a showing their age. We had a room facing the main street so we did experience traffic noise.

Hotel is situated in a wonderful landscape with gorgious view on the surrounding mountains. Very close to the road, a bit noisy during daytimes but quiet in the night. The hotel was nice, in a convenient location. It also has a beautiful view of the Dolomites mountain from our balcony and back of the hotel. Food in Hotel restaurant was really good. However, breakfast could have some improvements in protein (eggs) option. Rooms do no have air conditioner and in summer can be a little warm. Also since our room was located on top of the restaurant it was really noisy at night and we could not sleep until past 11:00pm.

Cortina and Negronis

We loved the position only 8mins drive from Cortina. Snow depth was 35cm at the top of the mountain. Man made snow kept it ok. Lot’s of cranes in Cortina starting building projects for the Jan 26 Olympics. Locals said ‘this is Italy-they won’t be ready!’ Either way we enjoyed our trip there. The staff at the hotel were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. We had a priv sauna in our room. Thanks Argentina Hotel.
