The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small building just outside the walls of Cortona, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view over the whole Val di Chiana. Casa Maria has a large parking next to the property and a small outdoor paved courtyard which surrounds the house. With a few minutes walk you will reach the main street of the city.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and is spread over one level. Entering the property we are directly in the living area, where, on the left, you will find the living room, very bright and complete with sofa, armchairs and Smart TV, equipped with a bright window door from which you can exit and admire the wonderful view of the surrounding valley. In front of the living room there is the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. In the kitchen there is also a large dining table, where you can enjoy your meals with friends or family and a second exit on the outside courtyard of the house. The sleeping area consists of 2 spacious bedrooms: the first one has a double bed, wardrobe and overlooking the valley. The second one has two single beds that can also be joined as a double and it is complete with wardrobe. Between the two bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower and washer-dryer machine.
Casa Maria has free Wi-Fi internet access and air conditioning and heating in all rooms (both for a fee)
