Old renovated farmhouse with swimming pool, perfectly set at the egde of a green hill, just a few minutes drive away from Cortona. The house is divided into 5 stylish indipendent apartments.
All the apartments have been carefully restored by the owners, Romina and Roberta, are fully air-conditioned for additional comfort, have wi-fi internet and are provided with a private outdoor area for unforgettable al-fresco dining while admiring the views of the gentle hills and vineyards (a barbeque is also available).
Outside, the large gardens are equipped with a generously sized swimming pool (12m x 6m) with sunbeds and shades: a perfect place for relaxing under the Tuscan sun or for a nice refreshing swim.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

At guests’ disposal: large garden with swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 15/04 to 15/10), air conditioning, WI-FI internet connection (free of charge), shared coin laundry, parking within the grounds.

My husband and his friends stayed here days before our wedding. It was the perfect size for 7-10 people, a beautiful property, and very private! The check in was easy and the place was a huge hit!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt umgeben von der traumhaften Landschaft sanfter toskanischer Hügel. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich, sauber und perfekt für mehrere Familien mit Kindern. Die Küche ist recht minimalistisch ausgestattet (kein Backofen, Trinkwasser, Salz oder Öl), aber für uns hat es gereicht. Die Ruhe im weitläufigen Garten war ein Genuss. Danke!

Siamo stati ospiti in questa bellissima struttura per 4 giorni, vacanza meravigliosa. Un casale molto bello in una posizione di bassa collina che spazia su un paesaggio affascinante. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione un intero piano -eravamo in 6 persone adulte e un bambino- con quattro camere ampie, ognuna con un bagno immenso, dotate di ogni confort. La zona giorno molto ampia, con un grande camino e un'area cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici indispensabili. Per non parlare della gentilezza con cui ci hanno accolto i proprietari e le gentilezze che ci hanno usato. Veramente una bella vacanza che ha visto riuniti noi genitori con i figli e le loro famiglie in un angolo di paradiso

Wir waren zu siebt dort und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Wohnung war sehr schön und die Landschaft um das Gelände traumhaft. Anzumerken ist, dass direkt nebenan eine Schweinefarm ist, die man auf jeden Fall hört und riecht. Anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wir haben es nicht wirklich als störend empfunden. Wenn man bei Gerüchen empfindlicher ist, ist es vielleicht nicht die beste Unterkunft. Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen und die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war optimal.

Ottima location. Appartamento Belvedere molto grande - sia il soggiorno che tutte le camere e i bagni Pulizia poco accurata. Problemi con la regolazione della temperatura dell'acqua delle docce se vengono fatte in contemporanea (problema segnalato ma non risolto) Gli spazi esterni sono ben tenuti ma la piscina non è ad uso comune dei soli ospiti degli appartamenti: la proprietaria invita amici esterni nonostante l'agriturismo pieno. La zona è molto tranquilla grazie alla posizione abbastanza isolata ma ben raggiungibile. Sul sito non viene segnalato che la proprietaria organizza, nel fienile, feste private (usando anche la piscina) Senza questi ultimi due punti avrei dato volentieri 4 stelle ma sismo rimasti molto infastiditi dalle spiegazioni della proprietaria quando abbiamo fatto notare che non è normale che gli spazi comuni dell'agriturismo vengano utilizzati anche da ospiti esterni non paganti La persona addetta all'accoglienza ha comunque svolto un ottimo lavoro ed è sempre starà disponibile a risolvere ogni piccola cosa

The apartment Belvedere is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big enough and clean. The little minus is the kitchen, which is very small and unfunctional. The swimmingpool is quite big and comfortable with nice water. The location was good for us, the aparment is out of the way in the quiet area, the shops are far from - about 10 - 15 min. from the apartment by car. You must know that there is main rail route close to the apartment but we got used to it. The plus is the barn, there are some games like ping-pong and table football as well as grill. We have spent a very nice time there, we recomend you this place and the apartment.

Eine fantastisch gelegene Anlage oben auf einem Hügel mit grandioser Aussicht, einer traumhaften mit Pinien bepflanzten Auffahrt, sehr gepflegtem Pool und schönem Garten. Die Appartments sind mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet worden und unsere Familie sowie Gäste haben sich alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Vermieterinnen Romina und Roberta, sowie die für die Gäste zuständige Betreuerin Martina, waren sehr zuvorkommend, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen, und haben uns zusammen mit ihrem Team ein tolles Geburtstagsdinner mit toskanischen Spezialitäten unter freiem Himmel für unsere 36-köpfige Gesellschaft gezaubert. Hervorragend! Ein toskanischer Traum hat sich für uns erfüllt! It’s a stunning property with a wonderful view, big pool and a lovingly manicured garden. The apartments have been elegantly refurbished with a keen eye for detail and we felt very much at home. Romina and Roberta who own the property, as well as English speaking Martina, were extremely helpful in answering our many questions and helping out where they could. They also prepared and served us a wonderful and lavish 4-course open air birthday dinner with Tuscan delicacies for our party of 36 people. Amazing! If you’re after a Tuscan dream, don’t go past this wonderful property!
