Private: garden 1'400 m2, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. Motor access (1.6 km via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket 18 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Camucia" 25 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 35 km. Nearby attractions: Castiglion Fiorentino 30 km, Tuoro Sul Trasimeno 36 km, Arezzo 50 km, Gubbio 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
