Located in a quiet residential area, just 3 km from the historic centre of Garda and the splendid shores of Lake Garda, the Luna holiday apartment is the perfect choice for a holiday that puts relaxation and comfort at the centre. The apartment is located on the second floor of a modern newly constructed building with a condominium swimming pool and a large fully enclosed green area.

The residence consists of 3 apartments, of which only 2 are for rent, and two covered parking spaces are available.



Living Area

The entrance opens onto a corridor that leads to the kitchen. Along the way, there are two bedrooms and a modern bathroom.



The living area is furnished in a new and elegant way and has a dining table for four people, a sofa and a satellite television. Outside, on the terrace with a lake view, there is a table with 4 chairs for outdoor meals.

Communal swimming pool with sunbeds for guests, perfect for enjoying the sun in peace in a green and private environment. The pool is heated and can reach up to 27 degrees.
