Staff was excellent. The room was clean, but pretty run down. The thermostat was on a sensor. Arriving, the room was very stuffy and musty smelling. I turned the air down to get cool air circulating and apparently it was on a sensor and shut off when we left. When my son and I came back from an outdoor concert overheated and ready for bed, the room was just as hot and stuffy as when we left. It took almost an hour for everything to cool down. In the morning breakfast area left alot to be desired. Staff was great. Location was ok, but there is alot of construction around the property. Not terrible, but would choose somewhere else in the future.

The pool was so dirty. The only reason we stayed up here after the zoo was for the pool and let the kids relax and they only got to swim 30 min before they was complaint about the pool and wanted to leave. We drove 2 hours so that was a downfall. But room was nice and clean and easy check in.

There was no running water. I brushed my teeth with bottled water and we couldn’t use the restroom or shower. And then we left the place place clean and were on their to sleep. We woke up and left early and they charged me $30 and there isn’t a real person to talk to to. It just keeps hanging up!
