Dated, dirty, tiny and not as described

This place is dirty, cluttered, poorly equipped and not as described. The 'loft' bedroom has almost no head height, and the window they show has actually been boarded over so it's completely dark. Half the light bulbs did not work, the shower is tiny and the kitchen is even worse with plastic cuttlery!! There is a cement works next door so there are constantly lorries driving past, and everything was dusty from their loads of concrete. The dining chairs are held together by metal plates but still wobble around precariously, the bed in the second bedroom prevents you opening the door properly and the neighbours were horrible to us about our dog going in the garden, despite the apartment being 'pet friendly'. Lastly, the bedroom with the bar in it is not even in the same apartment - it is two floors down next to the garage in the basement with virtually no natural light!! We have tried to complain to VRBO and the owner, but they have completely ignored us. Stay here at your peril...
