Staff was very helpful! Our room had a couple of pieces of dog food in the bathroom so it made me question how clean the rest of the room is.

Nice room size and layout. Felt cozy. Breakfast needs an upgrade however, coffee was excellent.

A big disappointment 😞
Posted Dec. 28, 2023 on HotelsVery disappointed with this place. When we entered noone was at the counter we had to wait for her to show up. Our room wasn't cleaned very well. Upon entering you could tell the floors needed cleaning, the bathroom also looked like it was wiped down with a dirty rag. The toilet seat was not secure. We were in room 201. The kitchen sink had food debris still in it. There is very limited parking space in the front, if you park on the sides the key doesn't work so you have to park in the back just to enter into the hotel, the clerk said they are waiting on parts. I didn't buy that, both sides don't work? Really? The hotel is designed really weird, so if you enter into one side of the hotel, you have to walk far to get to your room, seems like there's only one elevator.
