Located in a historic residence, our eco-friendly apartment offers a comfortable stay with two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower. Explore the beautiful Valsassina Valley, just a 20-minute drive from Lake Como, and enjoy outdoor activities, local cuisine and breathtaking natural beauty. The apartment is located on the attic floor and has beautiful exposed beams in all rooms!
The apartment, located on the first floor, has two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a single bed. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping space. The recently renovated bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen ensures that you have everything you need to prepare meals.
The apartment is part of a small residence consisting of 4 apartments and a total of 17 beds. The owners live upstairs. We ask our guests to respect the neighborhood and to avoid noise during the night hours.
Access to the ground floor apartment is simple and uncomplicated. There are only a couple of steps to get to the apartment.

Even though we don't offer private parking, finding a spot isn't generally a problem. There is a small public parking area right in front of the entrance. Alternatively, there are plenty of places available within a 5-minute walk. Parking may be difficult only during very busy days or special events.
