A nice hotel, friendly staff, adjacent to a shopping mall, close to the airport but very quiet, a very efficient transfer service to to pick me up from the airport. But what really stands out is the amazing swimming pool. One of the best pools I encountered at a hotel for swimming laps! I can definately recommend this hotel.

We stayed here on two occasions, each time for one night. I was shocked at reception each time - not a single smile and I felt to be an inconvenience. In fact on the first occasion the receptionist served everyone else before me, even breaking off my check-in to serve someone else. I was handed the key and had no idea where to go - eventually I was pointed in a vague direction. It does not matter that no English is spoken - a smile goes a long way. On the first occasion I do go to the bar and the attendant there was lovely. Also no English but we got along fine with my Portuguese and A translation app. We had dinner at the hotel which was not very good. The best thing about the place is the chandelier in a huge hall that is basically unused!

This place exceeded my expectations. It was clean and the room was simple. The outside was absolutely gorgeous! So many photo ops inside the lobby area and outside. There was a beautiful pool, the most adorable slide, swing, and spinning toy for the kids. The landscaping is so tropical. The staff was extremely friendly. There was a woman at the front desk that helped us find a fresh flower shop to buy gifts for our family that had been showing us around all week. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. Can’t say enough good things. Also our hair dryer in the room didn’t work. They gave us an even better one from the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked a suite as it had a jacuzzi. Unfortunately no one had cleaned it after the previous occupants so that was unusable. There is a large satellite dish outside, but only two tv channels available and one of those was a shopping channel. The room was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. There are well maintained gardens and pool area. There was some very loud music across the road which was not insulated by the single glaze windows. Fortunately, this stopped by 10pm. If it hadn't been for the dirty jacuzzi, I would have been very happy here, but since I couldn't use it I may as well have had the cheaper room.

Nos hospedamos lá em duas datas diferentes. 3 quartos, 6 pessoas. Quando cheguei, meu quarto estava sujo, com roupas de camas sujas em um caso e ferros no chão. Voltamos n recepção e a recepcionista nos deu outro quarto. Os 3 quartos que estávamos faziam muito barulho no teto, como se tivesse em "manutenção". O café é bem simples, sem muita opção. Na segunda data, nos deram a chave de quarto, quando abrimos, já tinha um casal la. Foi constrangedor. Pedimos desculpas e voltamos na recepção pra reclamar. O banheiro estava com um vazamento no box. Em resumo, não ficaríamos lá novamente. Mesmo sendo próximo ao shopping e ao aeroporto.

Pelo preço, o hotel é ok! Acho que vale para quem não se importa muito com luxo. As acomodações são condizentes com o valor pago. Pessoal bacana e atencioso. A única coisa que não gostei foi que meu checkin era para ser 14:00. Eu cheguei às 16 e o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Tive que esperar 15 min para poder entrar. Isso me deixou um pouco descontente na chegada. Mas foi só!

Chegamos no hotel às 13h30 para adiantarmos o check in, informaram que não havia disponibilidade de antecipar, entendemos e fomos da uma volta pela cidade, ao voltar para o hotel, era 15h30 e o check in não estava liberado, somente as 16h nos liberaram ou seja, atraso de 2h, ao chegar no quarto o banheiro estava com bastante cabelo de regiões íntimas pelo box e atrás do frigobar havia uma barata morta, além disso, o ar condicionado parou de funcionar do nada, mais uma vez ao acionar a recepção tomei um chá de cadeira aguardando a definição, quando foi 18h20 entrei em contato com a recepção porque já foi mudança de turno e me direcionaram para uma suíte, ao chegar na suite o mesmo problema do ar condicionado que não funcionava, por fim, me direcionaram para outra suite, essa não tive problemas, reitero que a equipe do turno 2 foi muito atenciosa na prestação de serviço, acredito que as vezes o estabelecimento poderia rever o check in de hóspedes no domingo, porque era nítido que a equipe de atendimento estava defasada.

O principal ponto negativo é o nível de ruído durante a noite. É comum ouvir hóspedes transitando pelos corredores e o barulho de malas sendo arrastadas, o que pode prejudicar o descanso, especialmente para quem está na cidade a trabalho ou para realizar provas e compromissos importantes.
