Great location to restaurants and shops. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was certainly a nice surprise and treat - definitely do not miss! Not your free typical continental breakfast; there’s plenty of options for everyone. Rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is kept very clean. Only downside is parking is not free, costs 30 reals per day.

Outdated. Services are poor - lack of empathy. No focus on the customer. No late checkout. 7y Kids had to pay for breakfast even if drink just a juice :/ And not up to the standard of other Slavieiros.

First, there was overbook So we had to go to another hotel Once we got there. There were no rooms. We had to split and stay half in one and half people in another My room had a router blue light that never turned out in front of my eyes. I had the most terrible night I’ve had for some time

The room, facilities and breakfast were good. However, we had an incident with the receptionist (Omar - night receptionist) that completely ruined our stay. When we arrived Omar was checking us in, he asked for our documents and when he was inputting my mums details and apparently the system would not accept her document details. He couldn’t say why and would not offer a solution. Luckily, my cousin knew the area manager for all southern hotels, who we called and she was able to talk to him. All that time he was rude, condescending and basically said that this was our fault and that we had to find a solution. If we did not have the contact of his superior we would not be able to stay and he told us he would not give us a refund, because we could use the room, just my mum wouldn’t be able to stay. As if I would stay there without my mum. Anyway, room, everything was good but would NOT stay again or recommend because of this staff member.

A very good hotel in downtown Curitiba. Clean rooms and bathrooms, air conditioning working perfectly, elevators always available, excellent breakfast, and an excellent restaurant menu (including room service); the staff were friendly and helpful—with special mention to Vitória, who was very pleasant to us. I recommend it.
