Hostel aceitável, mas com pontos a melhorar

Dei notas boas referente ao atendimento, pois os funcionários são muito prestativos e educados. A limpeza do lugar também é bastante satisfatória. Agora pontos que achei bastante negativos: ficamos um dia sem poder tomar banho e nos demais dias a água do chuveiro não esquentava (ficamos 1 semana lá). Outra situação desagradável foi que ao chegarmos ao hostel, o funcionário disse não ter encontrado a reserva e que eles não aceitavam cartão para fazer pagamento, somente em dinheiro. Tive que entrar em contato com o suporte da hoteis.com para resolver o problema. Eles entraram em contato comigo por telefone e ao mesmo tempo falavam com o dirigente do estabelecimento e não sei como, mas fecharam minha reserva na hora. Eu havia chego a noite e já estava pensando que não ia ter onde dormir. Outro detalhe importante, o atendimento dele funciona das 6 às 22 e o chuveiro quente também só tem nesse horário (se você der sorte).
