Free breakfast is served daily. Public spaces have free WiFi. An airport shuttle (available on request) is available for a fee. Hidden Garden also features a garden and coffee/tea in a common area.
Tucked away in an alley between airport and city center, it is a nice little building with a rather minor breakfast offering. Downstairs is a bit fresh and to enter you pass through a gate and a small garden. It is okay for a short stay in Cusco, especially as it is good value for money.
I had a terrible experience with this hotel before I even arrived. The address listed online was completely incorrect and led me to a dangerous, poorly lit alley in an unfamiliar part of the city. I was traveling alone and felt extremely unsafe.
To make matters worse, I tried calling the hotel multiple times for assistance, but no one ever answered the phone. Not even a voicemail or automated messageâjust endless ringing. It was incredibly stressful and unprofessional.
A hotel should at the very least provide accurate location information and be reachable in case of emergencies. This experience ruined the start of my trip, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I ended up booking somewhere else entirely just to feel safe.
Avoid at all costs unless you want to risk getting stranded and ignored.
An elegant hotel in downtown Cusco at a remarkably low price. It's near airport and bus station. The drawback is the rooms are small and no access tohot water during my stay.
Overall a great value for the price!
Al llegar al hotel no contaban con la habitaciĂłn, en estos momentos la persona se encuentra buscando alguna opciĂłn de hospedaje, a esta hora de la noche, no informaron nada que no habĂa habitaciĂłn disponible.
- At the time I made the reservation their site offered "Free Suttle Service." A day prior to my arrival they said it was a system error and that they offered transportation for a fee.
- Their showers have no shower curtains and therefore wetting the entire floor area
- Hot water is limited. Staff would turn off the water boiler and customer would have to request to turn it back on
