The villa is set at the foot of a mountain ridge, surrounded by trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation, about 300 meters from the beautiful Agliareddi Beach within the Monte Cofano Nature Reserve. The beach is easily accessible on foot or by car, with parking nearby.
The property is on two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious veranda with outdoor table and chairs, a welcoming living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. An internal spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, which is also accessible from an external staircase. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with private bathroom and another room with bunk bed, double sofa bed, and access to a panoramic veranda offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Monte Cofano and Macari.
The location is strategic: the villa is about 10 km from San Vito Lo Capo and 4 km from Castelluzzo, where you'll find all main services. A short stretch of dirt road leads to the property but is easy to drive.
