Checked into hotel at 9:30 the room was 85 degrees. Gave it some time and the room was still not getting cool. Went down to the front desk where the lady told me she would send someone up to check on it. Waited 30 mins nobody came, called the front desk and was told oh we don’t have anyone here at this time to do anything. We will have someone up first thing in the morning. The room was 85 degrees entire night. Refused to move us because they were completely full. We checked out at 10:30 and nobody ever made it to our room to fix anything.

I went to check in and was told my room wasn’t available due to a water leak. Was then told I would not be charged for obvious reasons. But was still charged and was told I would not be given a refund. So I was charged for a room that I was never given due to hotel problems. I did nothing wrong but choose that hotel. Thieves.

I don’t recommend

I didn’t have the best stay and this was not my choice of hotels, others were booked near where I needed to be. The staff was not that welcoming, my toilet was making noises all day and night, i had to request a blow dryer, there was no refrigerator or microwave (which is pretty normal now), requested extra coffee and tea pods (but never got them), the cable went out half a day (but I heard it was spectrum), the way the wire management in the room was tacky, the window had so much condensation on it and it was noisy due to the trains. The bed was confortable.
