crickets in my room. hotel clerk coughing (atleast she covered her mouth) then proceeds to use same hand to pass me my credit card and ID. then coughs in her hands again and gives me my room keys. place is rough man.

Staff was horrible. We checked out a night early and they refused to give me a print out or recipt of the nights stayed. Refused to refund money for night we overpaid. Expedia was zero help and they reufsed a refund.

This was a low end property that appeared older than it actually is. Everything was worn. The security latch on the door was broken There was no lounge chair. There were no lamps at bedside. Overall not impressive. Then of course there was the large roach that scurried across the floor

This property is not for travelers. People live here permanently. Kids running and screaming all night. You can see outside all the way around the door. Pool was empty. The front desk guy said continental breakfast was a granola bar or muffin. We were very displeased. We lost our payment for the 2nd night because we refused to stay there again. Also, a homeless lady approached our door and asked for a dollar to finish drying her laundry. The whole property was bad.
