Poor cleaning, needs to improve

The room was not clean when I arrived, I advice the front desk there was a lot of hair in the sink. They proceeded to clean properly. Shower gel ran out after the second night, notified twice the front desk, it never got replenished.

In a nice small town but convenient area! They were working on some areas of the hotel so strange men who looked at us crazy were always down the hall but luckily my husband was with me. Overall the hotel is 10/10!

This is where it’s not quite a 5. The staff was great and the place was clean but the hotel itself is dated and repairs haven’t been kept up with. Specifically the elevators and the ice machines. Had to go to the 12th floor from the 18th to find a working ice machine and every elevator I ride had some sort of physical damage to the interior. This hotel could use a facelift as it’s all cosmetic
