Secluded Backyard Oasis:
I just can’t say enough about our backyard! You'll enjoy a refreshing diving pool, private hot tub, outdoor shower and Koi fishpond. This is great for the family and kiddos. We have a gas barbecue grill and patio set for eating outdoors. We also have a bar area that opens with some outside plates and glasses. Relax in the outside hammock by the fishpond or catch some sun while relaxing in the chaise lounges. And when your done swimming, take yourself a shower outdoors ~ Hot and cold water!

PET POLICY
✪ "Small" pets are allowed – must be disclosed before check-in
✪ $190.00 non-refundable pet fee is charged @ booking
✪ Please notify us if you are bringing a pet — Thank you!
✪ Pets must be kept in their kennel or Solarium/Sun Room when unattended
✪ We have a side yard (next to the BBQ) for pet use
✪ Guests must clean up after their pets
✪ Backyard pool area must be kept clean at all times
✪ Pets are not allowed on furniture
✪ Home is located on the Chisholm Trail, near a dog-friendly park

We have a strict “NO ALCOHOL PARTIES” in the house policy; casual consumption with family is okay.

PARKING -
✪ 2-car back driveway accessed from the alley
✪ Spaces available in front of house
✪ Do not block the mailbox
✪ Do not park in front of neighbors

PLEASE: Under no circumstances park in front of our neighbors’ homes. This is upsetting to them, and we have asked them to inform us of any violations so that it can be immediately addressed and remedied. Thank You!
