It is free to access, flat, shaded, and one of the most underrated green spaces in Irving. A perfect way to start or end your day without getting in the car.

Getting around:
With easy proximity to 3 major highways - Hwy 183, Hwy 161 and Hwy 360 and the DFW Airport, this is perhaps the most central point in the entire metro area. Don’t want to drive, then walk to the train.

TRE West Irving Station - 3mins drive from the community or 10 -12 mins walk.

The West Irving Station connects you directly to Downtown Dallas via Union Station, and all the way west to Downtown Fort Worth all on the Trinity Railway Express commuter rail. IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.

Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $125 for 1st pet, plus $100 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.

Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.

Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.

Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed.
