When I called for a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, the person who answered was very rude, told me about 30 mins, I called back after 50 mins and it was another 15 mins before the shuttle arrived. It literally took less than 10 mins to get to the hotel. I signed up for the morning shuttle to return to the airport, waited 10 mins past the time the shuttle was supposed to pick us up and finally took a cab so I and the other two gentlemen waiting wouldn't miss our flights

Saw roaches during my stay. The window seal isn’t sealed so flys got in my room, it’s so so dark the pictures of the room online don’t match at all. The gym was also out of service.

The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful but the hotel itself out from the lobby is run down and smells funny also the tv did not work and they couldn’t fix it so they offered to switch rooms only after they made us wait hours for an answer the shuttle was also very very dirty
