A motel is better 1 star reviews are the honestone

Total garbage we didnt stay after seeing the room they did not refund. Go to la Quinta next door and read the 1 star google reviews. You were informed.

Friendly staff, room was clean but smelled weird like someone had been smoking in it and they were trying to cover it up. I got this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle and free breakfast and they had neither. False advertising!! It made an already awful night much worse!

The manager here was a complete SCAMMER! He was rude, disrespectful and lied. He said we checked in on a day we were not even there and then made us check out 2 days early after locking us out of our room. To which then he had a physical altercation with another customer due to his scamming! This hotel was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND !!!

My tv was broke and they had to replace it and hook it up, 3 calls, 5 hours... The bathtub was pealing and the shower had half power, the other half was leaking out...

Bad trip

This was a disappointing trip had to stay but just very uncomfortable. Someone knocking at our door late asking for a women. To finding drugs in the room while staying with our children to dirty towels upon check in it was just not a good stay. The room above us sounded like they were bowling and people were walking past our room at all hours. At this point I just want to leave and get my money back, but we need a place to stay for the night.

Cotton Bowl Week End 2023…..very inexpensive!

Our room seemed OK , BUT, the door frame was broken where someone had tried to break in. No standard toiletries, just shower and face soap. Great water pressure in the shower. No breakfast since they are updating the kitchen area.
