Our host was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The host sent some extra wine glasses and a special Birthday treat, so thoughtful! Well Stocked kitchen, an adequate space for dining and lounging. Comfortable beds and bedding! Good location for Dallas, easy access to quite a lot.

The property is nice but a few things to keep in mind. It is on the direct flight path for Love Field, jets land an take off every 5-10 minutes 6 am till 11:30 pm. don't expect to sleep in.This is a 3 story property. If you have issues with stairs I would not rent it. They are steep and narrow. Not good for kids or older adults.Unfortunately, for our stay, their were issues with the hot water. The owner was great at trying to have it fixed but it never worked out correctly. Not having a hot shower or bath for three days for your parents to take was very frustrating and disappointing.

Great location. When we arrived we took stairs up to the spacious living room which had a porch with grilling equipment. There is a half bath downstairs next to the washroom. You take stairs up to the kitchen and dining room. We enjoyed the kitchen which was well stocked with the equipment you need to cook breakfast which we did daily. You take long stairs up to bedrooms 1 and 2 which shares one bathroom. More stairs up to master bedroom and bathroom. Floors were luxury vinyl and slippery (need slippers). Overall we were happy to be close to our Dallas family for Thanksgiving. This property takes advantage of vertical rooms with three levels.

The stairs were broken with staples sticking out. It was hazardous to walk up and down them. The neighbors were very loud all night, and we could hear everything. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was responsive but stopped responding when asked to help get a jacket that was left after checkout.
The lip on the stairs was loose and movable as you walked on them.
Poor quality work throughout the home.
Gaps around doors and windows made this very loud at night.

Good location but needs a little tlc

Property was nice, pics weee nicer.Needs a little help 
from entrance door looks dingy ..carport has some pieces of furniture.The ottoman inside is dirty, railing paint is chipping.Good washcloths, bad towels.Need some wine glasses ..Just some little things from a new door Matt to some new towels.
