In order to be respectful of our neighbors and community, we would like to make it clear that this is not a party house.

Guests will get the WHOLE HOUSE to themselves.

We have a NO shoe policy. Our home is family friendly and since little fingers touch rugs and floors, we kindly ask you to leave your shoes by the door.

The hot tub will be ready to go for your visit, no matter the time of year!
We'll have it nice and warm for a relaxing evening in!

AGE REQUIREMENT:

The ideal group is responsible and mature. They will respect our house, our house rules, and most importantly our neighbors. You MUST BE 21 OR OLDER to book with us.

THE LIVING ROOM:

- The main living space boasts a Samsung Smart TV complete with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and other channels, as well as a comfy couches for your group.

- A reading area is provided with it's own reading chairs and lighting.

- A fireplace with electric fire logs and crackling sounds provides a romantic and cozy ambience in the evening.

THE ROOMS:

- All rooms have mounted Samsung Smart TVs complete with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and other channels.

- All rooms have extra pillows and blankets.

- All bedrooms have black-out curtains, so you can sleep as long as you want.

- Extra towels are under the sink in each bathroom.

For families with young CHILDREN - we have:

- Joovy Double Stroller

- Ingenuity dining seat with detachable tray

- Pack n Play fold n go with bassinet changer, and Dream on Me 3" mattress

- As well as a baby monitor, baby bath, sound machine, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, mattress sheets, baby gate, and plug protectors. If you have any other requests for the child/children, please let us know so we can try to make sure you have all you need for a smooth and easy vacation in our home.

If any members of the group are handicapped of have disabilities please know this is a single story home with no stairs, so they should have easy access. Please let us know ahead of time if there is anything we can do to accommodate your group even better.

THE KITCHEN:

- Kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cooking pots and pans and serving utensils as well as complimentary coffee and k-cups, hot chocolate, oatmeal, sugar, and creamers. We have a variety of spices for cooking and BBQ available as well.

- The laundry room is located in the garage behind the curtains and just above the washer and dryer are laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer balls, and dryer sheets as well.

- Next to the kitchen is the dining space and coffee bar. Extra chairs are in the twin bedroom closet.

- The pantry is stocked with an air fryer, rice cooker and steamer, waffle iron, popcorn machine, blender/ food processor, crock pots, egg cooker, and toaster oven. A Kitchen Aid mixer is also available.

PETS:

There are NO PETS allowed. (There will be and additional $500 pet cleaning fee for bringing pets.)

SMOKING/VAPING:

NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR GARAGE, or there will be an additional $350 cleaning fee fine.

Smoking/vaping is allowed anywhere OUTSIDE in the backyard, just please dispose of in ash trays.
