I did this booking online and at some point my dates of booking were changed from 11//7-8 to 11/6-7. I did not notice that the dates were incorrect until the next morning when I read in my text feed that it was asking how my check in went. I tried to reach out through the chat to resolve the issue but never received a response. So the booking was incorrect and I never checked in due to the app changing the dates.

The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a strong scent in the hotel which was a pleasant smell, but just very strong.

We arrived early in the morning and they were able to get us in the first room turned around with house keeping. It might have been turned around too quickly. With the wood floors and not a lot of sound absorption in the rooms, you can hear your upstairs neighbor moving around easily. Otherwise great stay. Good hot coffee in the morning. Very friendly front desk.

Clean rooms! The staff was friendly, but the door lock keys urgently need to be repaired. This is a serious safety concern — the key entrances have no covers, leaving guests vulnerable. For a company of your size and resources, prompt and thorough repairs should be a priority. Please address this issue immediately to ensure guest safety.
