Excellent staff, beautiful large room. Very accommodating, allowed for early check-in and late checkout without question. Will absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Dallas. Pool area was also very nice.

Really great hotel. Right in the middle of Dallas so you can get everywhere. Really fun bar scene with great people watching. Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable bed with nice pressed sheets. The staff was very helpful. The valet parking guys were fast and nice. Everyone was polite. Any negatives? Not really. The bathroom now has liquid soap in the shower which was not pumping out very fast but good lord, that’s nothing. I found a bar of soap on the counter so problem solved. Great stay. And good for the money as well. I would return in a heartbeat.

The Hotel is a unique experience. The Hotel architecture and design and furniture takes you back to another time... Great place to stay if you fly Southwest. Easy in and out. Very clean, nice bar and restaurant. We will definitely stay there again! Service was great from everyone.
