This was a disappointing stay. Room wasn’t clean (hair in bathroom), humidity was bad in the room, loud partying in our floor all night and lots of sex worker foot traffic inside and in the parking lot. It didn’t feel safe. The refrigerator was broken.

Property was very clean and quiet. Definitely better for a short stay, due to limited dining. I didn't care for their policy of charging my credit card $150 for incidentals since they accepted payment from Expedia in full upon me booking the room. The Front Desk Agent instantly took a dislike for me when I questioned the policy. Definitely will look for alternatives next trip to Dallas. I spend money with people who appreciate my business and don't take offense when customers ask questions.

Facility was clean enough for the rate. The refrigerator needs to be turned on. The phone didn’t work and the manager opened out door for a customer and let her into our room. Very annoying!

Weird overwhelming smell

We did not end up staying at this location. The minute we stepped into the lobby there was an overwhelming smell of chlorine mixed with a tide pod kind of smell. We also noticed that the receptionist was not very friendly and the rooms did not seem to be ready when we arrived at 7pm. We could barely breath that ordor in and we left the premises. We had a wonderful customer service agent who also tried reaching out to the hotel and he also stated that the receptionist was not friendly and very rude as well. Also the area and the outside look dumpy and not very well kept.
